Part of our mission is to eliminate bias in the workplace no matter what form it takes.  For women, it is most often gender-based harassment or discrimination, including unwelcome sexual conduct that creates a hostile work environment as well as negative gender-based decisions in hiring and promotions.  Such bias often also takes the form of pregnancy discrimination, or failure to provide adequate leave time.  We are also devoted to overcoming discrimination against anyone who is vulnerable to employer abuse, such as people with disabilities, people of color, LBGTQ people, people who seek religious freedom, people whose national origin is from a country outside the United States, and people who have complained about workplace abuses.
